Really enjoyed satellite TV, climate control and a refrigerator in the room. Location: the hotel was close enough to many shops and restaurants, train station West and Chiba. The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of them especially.

Not obvious to find.

the place is clean, the room is exceptionally comfortable, the staff is affable. the breakfast is served in the restaurant! it has magnificent and fantastic location, next to train station west and mall/food court, many shops and restaurants and chiba eki. also, it's located 2 miles from aoba no mori koen.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the train station and monorail. Breakfast is included in your stay, and there's a decent variety of food available. The rooms are equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, cups, and fridge, and there is easy control over all the lights in the room.

The pillows provided are quite flat, which may not be comfortable for some guests.

I would recommend the place. Everything was spotless at this hotel. Greatly enjoyed the standard queen room I was given. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were really good and nice. The location was good and excellent in the middle of jackson, you may take train on Chiba train station within 5 minutes walk from here👍

The hotel was situated just a stone's throw away from the train station, which was convenient for our romantic getaway. The rooms were newly built, clean, and well equipped with universal sockets. We were able to charge our electronic devices with ease. The indoor table was spacious too, which allowed us to work on our laptops with room to spare.

The availability of non-smoking rooms was a letdown for us. We had to endure the smell of cigarette smoke during our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed such as a fridge, kettle, and cups. We liked the fact that we could control the lights from the bed's headboard. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel's location is very convenient, with transportation options nearby.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and monorail, making it easy to get around. The new and clean facilities included plenty of outlets for charging electronics and a universal socket. The restaurant offered a good breakfast selection.

The room was a bit cramped and the bathroom felt shallow. Some staff members were not very friendly and had limited English proficiency.
